The ELC’s regular operating hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. In compliance with guidance from the Government of Alberta’s relaunch strategy, physical distancing of 2 m will be required and visitors are requested to wear a mask for everyone’s safety. All appropriate measures as directed by the Government of Alberta will be maintained to ensure a safe and stable environment for both staff and visitors.
ORDER ENFORCEMENT SEARCH
A search of a computer data base for the history of enforcement actions taken against a company or individual that specifically reviews enforcement action taken by the Environmental Regulatory Service of Alberta Environment and Parks under the Alberta Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, and its predecessor legislation, the Hazardous Chemicals Act, Agriculture Chemicals Act, Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act, dating back to 1971, and/or pursuant to the Water Act from 1999 onwards.
Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) enforcement actions are not included (see the AER Public Compliance dashboard database).
