The Environmental Law Centre’s Guide to Public Participation in Environmental Decision-making in Alberta describes the environmental authorization process in Alberta and when and how members of the public can participate in these government decisions. The guide focuses on Alberta Environment’s decisions regarding approvals and licences under theWater Act and the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and appealing those decisions to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board.
