Accepting Applications for May – August 2019 Placement
Rate: $20.00/hour APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 6th 2019
The Environmental Law Centre invites applications from law students attending a Canadian university for a student research assistant position for May-August. Applicants must have strong research and writing skills. The research assistant will work with Centre lawyers and gain exposure to the range of Centre program activities, including law reform, education and monitoring, community outreach, information requests, and research.
Preference will be given to students completing the second year of law school.
Strategic objectives that the Centre is pursuing relate to: public information and education; environmental rights; climate change law and policy, and other environmental and natural resource topics.
Interested students should submit a covering letter and resume in either hard copy or electronic format (Word only), no later than May 6th to:
