What exactly are the changes to environmental law proposed by the 2012 Budget (Bill c-38)?  Combing through a massive bill deters people from learning what it does, which is the whole point.  Fortunately, our friends at Ecojustice and West Coast Environmental Law have identified Top 10 Concerns with the bill.
