Wondering where the Responsible Energy Development Act came from, what its intent is and where it’s going? Curious about how the new Alberta Energy Regulator structure will be different from the current structure?

On March 21st ELC Executive Director Cindy Chiasson presented “The Responsible Energy Development Act: A New World for Energy & Environment Regulation in Alberta?” at Protecting Alberta’s Water Commons: Challenges and Opportunities, a Water Week event organized by the Council of Canadians Edmonton Chapter and the Parkland Institute.
