Cam is a partner at Huckvale LLP in Lethbridge. An active member of the Law Society of Alberta (’85) and the Virginia State Bar (’92) and with an LLM in environmental law he is counsel to plaintiffs and defendants in Canada and the Unites States on a broad range of trial, administrative and appellate proceedings.
Cam joined the ELC Board of Directors in 2006, has served as President of the Lethbridge East Progressive Conservative Constituency Association since 2009 and has taught the 3rd year Environmental Law course in the 4 year Environmental Enforcement Applied Degree Program at the Lethbridge College. He is also actively involved in leadership positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In his down time he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors hiking, biking, waterskiing and snow skiing.
Cam believes in the ELC and in its efforts to assess and promote the careful establishment and effective implementation of the Rule of Law concerning the environment in Alberta and beyond. With growth and opportunities in Alberta being so prevalent, the public interest in identifying and dynamically responding to matters regarding the environment and our ecosystem have never been more necessary. The ELC is an independent leader in that discourse.
