Welcome

The Environmental Law Centre (Alberta) Society ("ELC") was formed and incorporated in Alberta in 1982 to provide Albertans with an objective source of information about environmental and natural resources law. In 2009, the ELC is a strong registered charitable organization whose environmental services are used across Canada and whose environmental law expertise and skills are sought after by governments, industry, environmental organizations and members of the public.
